Company Policies:

All Screens, Patterns, Tapes, Discs and Artwork are the property of Island Tee Shirt Graphics.  In most cases this work is performed for much less than actual costs.  These items may be purchased for an additional charge.

ARTWORK AND ART APPROVALS - No Artwork can be started without a deposit. All art must have a signed approval before any order can be printed. This can be done by email , fax or in person. We will not be held responsible for any prints that are incorrect after the customer approves the art. This is why we need a signed copy stating that the customer has checked   phone numbers, names , dates and the art layout itself for any incorrect information.

PRICING - Wholesale customers must supply a copy of their Valid Tax Cert. in order to get wholesale pricing and not be charged Florida sales tax.  All orders picked up or shipped within the state of Florida will have sales tax added unless a current Florida Resale or a Florida Tax Exempt Cert. is supplied. TAX CERTIFICATES MUST BE FURNISHED BEFORE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED. All apparel prices are subject to change without notice. We can not control the manufacturers prices or their policies.

MISPRINTS - If you need exact amounts on orders  please supply  extra garments.  We simply cannot reprint 1 or 2 pieces for an order that has been taken off press.  Due to our production schedule we just cannot hold the presses waiting for replacements or additional garments.  If you need exact amounts please supply extra garments.  Damages are about  1%.  If shirts are damaged in printing we will, if possible, supply our own stock to replenish. Our shirts may not match.  We are sorry, but we can not reprint 1 or 2 ruined shirts on a multi-color print so please order extra if necessary.

Counts on shirts.  Our counts must be considered final.  When your shirts are shipped to our factory they have been counted and checked by the distributor, checked and counted by our staff before decorating and counted  before being shipped to your location.


Production time depends on work load and cannot be guaranteed.  Our average turnaround time for screen printing or embroidery is under 10 working days from order and art approval.  Re-orders go even faster.  Allow extra time on new orders to have the artwork or embroidery tapes prepared, sampled and approved.  If you have a dead line for an event make sure you inform us of your due date.  And schedule enough time to process your order.

CHANGES ON ORDERS - We try to make every attempt to change or cancel an order once it been placed but  we can not be responsible for orders already printed.  On orders that are canceled for any reason  will  be subject to any re-stocking or shipping fees we incur with the distributors to return the  product. This will be determined before any refunds will be issued.

COPYRIGHTS - All Art created by Island Tee Shirt Graphics is owned and copyrighted to Island Tee Shirt Graphics . This means NO ART can be reproduced, used or changed in any manner without our written consent. Any  person found infringing  on Island Tee Shirt Graphics Copyrighted material will be prosecuted and be  liable for ALL LEGALS FEES, COURT COSTS AND DAMAGES.  This also applies to any copyrighted art displayed on the website.
