No Artwork can be started or Product ordered without a minimum deposit of 50% of the Order.
Special Orders , Promotional Products Must Be Prepaid.
All Orders are required to be Paid In Full before they can be shipped or setup for Delivery
ARTWORK AND ART APPROVALS - No Artwork can be started without at least a deposit. All art must be get a signed approval, before any order can be printed. This can be done by email , fax or in person. We will not be held responsible for any prints that are incorrect after the customer approves the art. This is why we need a signed copy, stating that the customer has checked , phone numbers, names , dates and the art layout itself for any incorrect information.
All Films and Screens are and will remain the property of Island Tees, they are not part of any art or setup fees.
PRICING - Wholesale customers must supply a copy of their Valid Tax Cert. in order to get wholesale pricing and not be charged Florida sales tax. All orders picked up or shipped within the state of Florida will have sales tax included, unless a Current Florida Resale or a Florida Tax Exempt Cert. is supplied. TAX CERTIFICATES MUST BE FURNISHED BEFORE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED. All apparel prices are subject to change without notice , we can not control the manufacturers prices or their policies.
MISPRINTS - If you need exact amounts on orders, please supply or order extra garments. We have very few damaged garments, but although we try we are not perfect. If a garment gets damaged in the printing process , we will try to supply a new garment from our stock if possible. Our garment may not match. We simply can not reprint 1 or 2 pieces for an order that has been taken off press. Because we print quite a few orders daily, we just can not hold the presses waiting for replacement or Add-ons to orders. If you know you need to add to an order, we can hold the printing production, until you add what is needed. Keep in mind holding an order, will relay the time it takes to be finish , so keep this in mind if order is for a dated event.
FINAL COUNTS - Our counts will be considered the final count. All Products are counted when orders are received from the manufacturer. They are counted after the order is printed and again when the order is packed for pickup or shipping.
CHANGES ON ORDERS - We try to make every attempt to change or cancel an order once it been placed. But we can not be responsible for orders already printed. On orders that are cancelled for any reason , they will be subject to any re-stocking or shipping fees we incur with the distributors to return the product. This will be determined before any returns will be issued.
